The material liquid rubber is applied using special equipment from the RX model range by airless spraying.
The method of operation of such installations is as follows: spraying by feeding liquid components through two high–pressure channels: bitumen-latex emulsion and coagulant, forming a jelly-like air-drop mixture.
The hoses are connected to a sprayer (fishing rod), in the nozzles of which slit-shaped nozzles are installed.
The polymerization of the emulsion occurs instantly when the components are mixed in a sprayed torch on the surface of the base. The capacity ranges from 6 to 18 liters per minute.
