Polyurethane foam is obtained by high-quality mixing of two components: polyol and isocyanate, which in a dosed state are fed into a mixing chamber, where they are instantaneously mixed, and the resulting composition is fed into a specially prepared form.
This process is called PPU filling.
For pouring polyurethane foam, a filling complex is used, which is a FOAM-20 installation equipped with a special mixing device – a filling head (ZG).
ZG is used for homogeneous mixing of components A and B by rotating a mixer of complex shape. For the manufacturability of the PU filling process, the equipment is equipped with a control panel that allows you to automate and control the time and mass of injection of the composition.
