Polyurethane foam is obtained by high-quality mixing of two liquid components: polyol "A" and isocyanate "B". The components are dosed in a predetermined ratio and quantity, continuously entering the mixing chamber, where they are mixed with a dynamic mixer. The resulting composition is fed into a specially prepared mold. This process is called foam filling.

Universal mobile complexes.
The equipment is designed for the production of all types of PU foam: rigid, elastic and integral, because it allows you to control the supply of both polyol and isocyanate.
Two modifications of mobile complexes NST for the manufacture of polyurethane foam products:

• MK NST FOAM-20/20UM/ZG-006PA, capacity up to 8L/min;
• MK NST FOAM 75/75UM/ZG016MD, capacity up to 24l/min.

Universal stationary complexes.
Three modifications of universal stationary foam filling complexes, which are formed on the basis of pumping and metering stations:

• FOAM-25X6UM-HP, capacity up to 10l/min;
• FOAM-30 NSH 20/20 UM, capacity up to 8 l/min;
• FOAM-30 NSH 30/30 UM, capacity up to 12 l/min.

The device is used for homogeneous mixing of two liquids by rotating a mixer of complex shape.
