Installations for fiberglass SP-01UM and others.

Composite materials consisting of a glass filler and a synthetic polymer binder are called fiberglass. The equipment is used in the production of fiberglass products for industrial, civil, household and other purposes based on polyester and epoxy resins.

The SP-01UM dosing station provides a strictly defined supply of polyester resin and hardener for manual molding of fiberglass products of any complexity.

The SP-02UMe station (production is suspended) is designed to work with polyester resins without filler. The equipment dispenses the components in the recommended proportions and feeds them under pressure into the PFP-03E chopper gun, where the glass fiber is chopped and injected into a resin mixed with a hardener.

The SP-03UMp-A station allows you to work with a large number of types of polyester resins, both saturated and without filler. It is intended for dosing and feeding polyester resin (component "B") and hardener (component "A") into the PFP-05 sprayer.

The spray gun provides homogeneous mixing and flare formation of components supplied in a predetermined ratio from the pumping station for subsequent spraying onto the surface of the mold or product.
