The principle of operation of the equipment for spraying polyurethane foam is as follows: components A and B in a strictly dosed proportion are fed into the mixing unit of the sprayer, where, under the influence of compressed air, they are homogeneously mixed and then applied to the enclosing structures.
After 5-6 seconds, the reaction begins with a sharp foaming. The foam hardens very quickly, forming a monolithic thermal insulation coating.
